The Intergalactic Conspiracy of Childcare Collectives (ICCC) is beginning to build a wonderful world of children’s programing for the upcoming Allied Media Conference (AMC) this June in Detroit. The Allied Media Conference was founded as the Midwest Zine Conference in 1999 and we are excited to carry forward the zine practice and culture as we enter the conference's 15th year with the release of How We Organize the AMC Zine Vol. 1.
Everyday we communicate something about who we are, who we want and what kind of world we want with our clothes and our bodies. How can we understand the ways that fashion builds community and simultaneously excludes from community? How can we reclaim beauty in our own fat, QTPOC, disabled, radical selves?
