Equipment Rental Procedure
Allied Media Projects offers a wide range of audio and visual media technologies available to community members for rental. The full list of available equipment is below.
In order to reserve or rent equipment users need to:
- Make all equipment checkout/rental requests via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Specify whether you are a teacher, student, or community member; specify what equipment you need; and specify the time you will pick up and drop off the equipment.
- Sign our equipment user agreement when you pick up your equipment
- Place the request 48 hours in advance.
All equipment must be returned to the IT coordinator directly. Equipment dropped off at the office but not reported to the coordinator will be considered late and you may be penalized.
Checkout and drop off hours are Monday -Friday 11:00am - 5:30pm.
Late fees will be 25% of the regular rental price (per day) of the equipment that is not returned at the time specified at checkout.
