Serving everyone means getting input from a true cross section of a community and ensuring that civic technology is accessible to everyone. This session discusses how government can meet the people where they are, in both online and offline channels, with language and interactions that make sense and are broadly accessible and inclusive.

Diana will discuss the vision for a healthy digital ecosystem in Detroit, the importance of collaborative technology education, and the role of the “technologist” as a facilitator, rather than leader, in technological discovery and implementation.
